DABABY MAKES DEBUT AT CLARKSBURG AMP IN JUNE
One of hip-hop’s most recognizable and high-energy performers is set to take the stage this summer as eight-time GRAMMY® nominee DaBaby brings his electrifying live show to the Clarksburg Amphitheater for a special one-night performance on Friday, June 19.
Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, DaBaby exploded onto the global music scene in 2019 with his breakout project BABY ON BABY, featuring the smash hit “SUGE.” He quickly followed with chart-topping albums KIRKand BLAME IT ON BABY, solidifying his place among the defining artists of modern hip-hop. The latter produced the nine-times platinum No. 1 single “ROCKSTAR” featuring Roddy Ricch, which spent seven consecutive weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100.
Across his career, DaBaby has amassed more than 38 billion global streams, with 54 Billboard Hot 100 entries and 64 placements on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Known for his commanding stage presence and crowd engagement, he has built a reputation as a must-see live performer.
“What a pickup for the Amp’s concert series this summer,” said Superintendent of Parks Doug Comer. “DaBaby brings an electric element to live music, and his show will have those in attendance talking about the experience for a long time. It is going to be an exciting evening at the Amp in June.”
In 2026, DaBaby entered a new era with the release of his latest studio album BE MORE GRATEFUL, a 23-track project highlighting both high-energy anthems and more personal reflections on growth, family, and perspective. The album debuted in the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top Rap and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts, while also landing on the Billboard 200. Its breakout single, “POP DAT THANG,” continues to gain traction nationwide.
Opening the show will be local hip-hop artist King Dizzle (Josh Dunbar), whose music is rooted in real-life experience, resilience, and emotion. Using music as an outlet to tell his story and connect with audiences, he has shared the stage with artists such as KRS-One, Machine Gun Kelly, Riff Raff, AR-Ab, Jimmy Wopo, Pretty Krissy, and Cuzzin Reece, building a reputation as one of the most energetic performers in the region.
“Josh is a tremendous talent, and we’ve made it a priority to showcase local artists whenever possible,” added Comer. “We are excited that DaBaby’s team approved him to open the show and start the night off. He is going to deliver a tremendous performance in front of his home crowd.”

One of country music’s most recognizable voices is heading back to where local fans first experienced his rise. Multi-platinum star Tyler Hubbard will take the stage at the Clarksburg Amphitheater for a special one-night concert on Friday, July 24.
Now a powerhouse solo artist with more than 2 billion global streams, Hubbard continues the momentum that began with his record-breaking success as one half of Florida Georgia Line. With 23 No. 1 country radio hits, sold-out tours, and multiple industry awards, his career spans one of the most dominant eras in modern country music — and it’s still going strong.
Hubbard last performed at the Amphitheater in July 2013 during the explosive early run of Florida Georgia Line, when the show sold out quickly and introduced many local fans to the duo’s signature sound. More than a decade later, he returns as a chart-topping solo headliner.
Hubbard’s Gold-certified debut solo album, Tyler Hubbard, arrived in 2023 and produced the 3× Platinum smash “5 Foot 9” and the 2× Platinum hit “Dancin’ In The Country,” which together have generated well over a billion streams worldwide. He followed with additional chart-toppers including “Back Then Right Now” and “Park,” becoming the only country artist to launch two separate careers with four consecutive No. 1 singles. His latest album, Strong, continues that run of success.
Beyond the charts, Hubbard has made high-profile appearances on national television programs such as Good Morning America, TODAY, Fox & Friends, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, along with major awards broadcasts including the CMT Music Awards and ACM Honors.

Country music fans will have the opportunity to experience one of the genre’s most recognizable voices this summer as chart-topping country artist Mitchell Tenpenny takes the stage at the Clarksburg Amphitheater on Saturday, August 1 for a special one-night performance.
Tenpenny continues to expand his sound and storytelling with the release of his latest album, The 3rd. The Nashville native leans further into his roots, influences, and personal journey, delivering what many consider his most authentic and adventurous project to date.
Country radio audiences know Tenpenny as a consistent hitmaker and a powerful storyteller with a distinctive voice and knack for memorable hooks. With more than 2.1 billion global streams, he has established himself as a major force in modern country music. His chart-topping hits include Drunk Me, Truth About You, and At the End of a Bar.
On The 3rd, Tenpenny explores deeper themes drawn from his life and experiences. The album reflects his growth as an artist and songwriter while blending traditional country storytelling with modern influences such as rock-driven production and bold lyrical perspectives.
“We have worked hard to get him (Mitchell Tenpenny) to be a part of the summer’s lineup,” said City of Parks Superintendent Doug Comer. “Working through the routed dates, we caught one that works for everyone on August 1st. And, with music today listened mostly through streaming, having over 2-billion global streams tells me this will be a great show!”
